Cancellation Policy — Hill Tribe Farm Dinners

Because our dinners are built around whole animals and produce ordered specifically for your seat, our cancellation windows reflect when those costs become locked in.

• 14 or more days before the dinner: Full refund.
• 7–13 days before the dinner: 50% refund, or full credit toward a future dinner — your choice.
• Fewer than 7 days before the dinner: We're unable to offer a refund or credit. You're welcome to transfer your seat to someone else — just let us know who's coming in your place.
• If we need to cancel or postpone (weather, illness in the kitchen, etc.), we'll first offer to move your seat to the next available dinner date. If none of the new dates work for your schedule, we'll issue a full refund.

Cancellation Policy — Paper Kite Farm Camp

Camp weeks are staffed and capped in advance, so our policy reflects real costs we've committed to once you've registered.

• 14 or more days before your week starts: Full refund.
• 7–13 days before your week starts: Full credit toward another week of camp (no cash refund).
• Fewer than 7 days before your week starts: No refund or credit, unless we're able to fill your spot from our waitlist — in which case you'll receive a full refund automatically.
• Missed days during camp week, including for illness, are not eligible for refund or credit. Your child's spot is held and staffed for the full week regardless of attendance.
