The Paper Kite Farm newsletter goes out a few times a season. It’s where we announce dinner dates before they go public, let you know what’s new at the deli counter, and occasionally write something longer about what’s happening on the farm — a new fermentation experiment, a crop that surprised us, something Theo said about the goats.

We don’t send it often. When we do, it’s worth reading.
