At Paper Kite Farm, we make dumplings the way they've been made for generations – by hand, with intention, and with ingredients we know and trust. Every dumpling is folded here on our farm in Prince Edward County, filled with vegetables we've grown ourselves and Ontario-raised meat from farmers we know by name.

No shortcuts, no additives, no industrial fillers. Just real food made the old way: seasonal vegetables, simple seasonings, and the kind of care that comes from working with your hands. We're building the kind of food system we want to see – one where you know exactly where your dinner comes from and who made it.
